MailSight — one verified identity, nine connected applications
MailSight Technologies Limited, a United Kingdom company, builds a connected group of
applications around one privacy-first digital identity: the MailSight ID. A MailSight ID
is a short reference, such as MS-0001000088, that stands in for someone's real details.
Couriers, hosts, employers and merchants can confirm what they need — that an address is
real, that a licence is valid, that an identity was checked — without ever seeing the
personal data behind it. The holder chooses field by field what is visible, and nothing
personal is printed on a shipping label. Available in more than 195 countries, with the
interface in 12 languages and shipping labels in 29.
The applications
- MailSight ID — verified identity and delivery addressing for people and businesses.
- VerifySight — document and identity verification decided by AI, with an audit trail of every check.
- MailDrive — ride-hailing with identity-masked passengers and drivers, live trip sharing and an SOS path.
- MailSightSec — employer and government verification, including right-to-work and agency checks.
- CrewsMan — maritime crew records, certificates and vessel compliance.
- EventSight — ticketing and check-in with verified attendee identity.
- Marketplaces — buying and selling with escrow payments and no exchange of personal addresses.
- MailNews — news with AI summaries drawn only from the source article.
- AI Tools — AI assistants for documents, research, writing, business and compliance work, in any country.
How verifications are decided
AI reviews documents and identity first and returns a decision in seconds. A person only
steps in where the AI cannot decide. The outcome of a check can be set only by the
verification service or an administrator — never by the applicant.
